How to Use
How to use the UNECA Digital Twin
Move from country review to simulation and reporting in a simple workflow designed for executive teams, analysts, and policy discussions.
Step 1
Select a country
Start on the dashboard or country explorer, then choose the country you want to review. Use the country cards or the selector on the home page.
Step 2
Review baseline indicators
Check the eight key indicators: health expenditure as % of GDP, health share of government expenditure, per capita spending, coverage, total budget pool, debt service, donor dependency, and resilience score.
Step 3
Open Simulation Lab
Adjust inflation, donor funding shifts, disease burden, debt redirected to primary care, vaccination boost, and workforce expansion to test a scenario.
Step 4
Interpret the outputs
- Compare baseline and scenario values.
- Read the scenario narrative for fiscal and policy implications.
- Review the charts for coverage, resilience, per capita spending, donor dependency, budget pool, and debt service changes.
Step 5
Save and export reports
- Save the scenario as a report from Simulation Lab.
- Open the Reports page to view saved runs.
- Export reports as CSV or JSON for presentations and further analysis.
